Turkey's IBAN has 26 characters in the format TRkk BBBB BRCC CCCC CCCC CCCC CC. After TR and two check digits come a 5-digit bank code, one reserved digit (currently "0", set aside for future branch codes) and the 16-character account number. Turkey is not part of SEPA. For international payments, routing details, fees and timing depend on the banks, currency and route; check them in advance with your bank. Turkey introduced the IBAN in 2010; exact requirements depend on the payment route and bank.
